How BrandOye handles your data.

This policy explains what we collect and how we use it to power your AI CMO, weekly planner, credits, and support experience.

Last updated: January 2026

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name and email, usage information, billing status, support messages, and the business context you choose to add to BrandOye, including Brand DNA, prompts, goals, plans, and AI CMO chat history.

How we use information

We use your information to run BrandOye, generate weekly marketing plans, personalize AI CMO guidance, manage credits and billing, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.

AI processing

BrandOye processes your prompts, brand context, goals, and product information to create AI outputs. You should avoid adding sensitive personal data that is not needed for marketing planning. AI outputs may be imperfect, so review them before publishing or acting on them.

Payments and credits

Paid plans, checkout, subscription updates, and top-ups may be processed by payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on BrandOye servers.

Support and contact forms

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product. Please do not include passwords, private keys, or highly sensitive information in support messages.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the product, process payments, host infrastructure, analyze usage, or provide customer support.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should also keep your account credentials safe.

Your choices

You can update account information, manage plan choices, and contact us about privacy questions at support@brandoye.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete certain personal information.
