Using BrandOye
BrandOye provides AI CMO guidance, weekly marketing plans, Brand DNA setup, growth tasks, and related founder marketing tools. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in your business, campaigns, public posts, emails, or customer communications.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment issues, or use that harms BrandOye or other users.
Credits, plans, and billing
BrandOye uses credits for AI actions such as weekly plan generation, AI CMO chat, revisions, and Brand DNA analysis. Plan credits reset according to your billing cycle. Top-up credits, when available, are handled separately from monthly plan credits. Paid plans and checkout are processed by our payment provider.
AI output and marketing decisions
AI-generated plans and recommendations are provided for guidance, not as a guarantee of business results. Marketing performance depends on your product, market, execution, budget, audience, channels, and many external factors. You should use your own judgment before acting on any recommendation.
Acceptable use
Do not use BrandOye to generate spam, deceptive claims, illegal content, infringing material, hateful content, malware, or campaigns that violate platform rules or applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information, brand context, prompts, and materials you provide. You grant BrandOye permission to process that content so we can provide the service, improve reliability, personalize your AI CMO experience, and support your account.
Changes and availability
BrandOye is an evolving product. We may improve, change, add, or remove features as the AI CMO platform develops. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
